Role Overview (Simple Explanation):
The Restaurant Manager is responsible for smooth day-to-day operations of the Haldiram’s restaurant. The role includes managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, maintaining food quality and hygiene standards, achieving sales targets, and controlling costs while following company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily restaurant operations and ensure smooth service
Lead, train, and supervise restaurant staff (service & kitchen teams)
Ensure high standards of food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness
Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction
Monitor sales, control costs, and achieve revenue targets
Manage inventory, ordering, and stock control
Ensure compliance with FSSAI, safety, and company SOPs
Coordinate with kitchen, billing, and service teams
Prepare daily reports on sales, staff attendance, and operations
Maintain brand standards and customer experience as per Haldiram’s guidelines
