AHU Fitter

The AHU Assembly Operator assembles Air Handling Units following engineering drawings and production standards, ensuring quality, safety, and timely completion.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assemble AHU components including panels, frames, fans, coils, filters, and accessories

· Read and follow assembly drawings, BOMs, and work instructions

· Perform fastening, sealing, alignment, and installation of insulation/gaskets

· Conduct inspections, report defects, and maintain a clean workstation

· Safely use hand/power tools and lifting equipment; meet production targets

· High school diploma or ITI/technical certification preferred

· Experience in AHU/HVAC assembly is an advantage

· Ability to read mechanical drawings and understand HVAC components
