* We are looking for candidates interested in long-term learning and growth in recruitment and HR operations

* Graduation is sufficient (Primary Focus) — MBA is not required

* Pursuing candidates in final semester can also apply if looking for a long-term opportunity

* Candidate should be adaptable, execution-focused, and outcome-oriented

* Good communication and basic Excel knowledge are preferred

* Personal laptop is mandatory

* Candidate should be from Lucknow and preferably located within 10–12 KM of our office
