Job Overview:

Earth Cafe is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Barista to prepare and serve high-quality beverages while delivering an excellent café experience. The ideal candidate should have a passion for coffee, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, tea, and other beverages as per standard recipes
• Operate coffee machines and other café equipment efficiently
• Ensure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality
• Take customer orders and provide menu recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the work area and equipment
• Monitor stock levels of coffee beans, milk, and other supplies
• Follow health and safety guidelines at all times
• Provide friendly and prompt customer service

Requirements:

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate preferred
• 0–2 years of experience as a Barista (freshers can also apply)
• Basic knowledge of coffee brewing techniques is a plus
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Customer-oriented approach and positive attitude

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in café, QSR, or hospitality industry
• Knowledge of different coffee types and brewing methods
• Flexible to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays
