🎯 Key Responsibilities

🔹 Sales & Performance

Achieve daily sales targets across private labels, generics & key categories

Drive diagnostics sales and customer engagement

Ensure timely deliveries and follow-ups with customers

🔹 Customer Experience

Deliver excellent in-store and online customer service

Build strong relationships through professional interaction

Handle queries via calls/WhatsApp efficiently

🔹 Operations & Inventory

Maintain 100% accuracy in inventory and stock management

Conduct SKU audits and manage expired/near-expiry products

Ensure smooth omnichannel order processing

🔹 Compliance & Store Management

Maintain billing, documentation, and SOP compliance

Manage store hygiene and visual merchandising standards

Support marketing activities and in-store promotions

✅ What We’re Looking For

Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Pharmacy

Valid State Pharmacy Council Registration

1–3 years of relevant experience

Strong communication & customer handling skills

Basic computer knowledge & attention to detail
