Shearing Operator

We are looking for a skilled Shearing Operator to cut sheet metal components used in HVAC systems. The candidate should have experience in operating shearing machines and ensuring accurate cutting as per drawings and specifications.

• Operate mechanical and hydraulic shearing machines for sheet metal cutting
• Read and understand fabrication drawings, blueprints, and work orders
• Set up machines and adjust parameters for accurate cutting
• Ensure proper alignment and measurement of metal sheets before cutting
• Inspect finished components for quality and accuracy
• Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of machines
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean work environment
• Coordinate with production and quality teams to meet targets
