Position Overview

Energy Beverages Pvt Ltd is expanding its premium segment under CLEAR Premium Water, with a dedicated focus on the growth and market development of Kelzai.

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for expanding Kelzai’s presence in premium hospitality, corporate, and retail environments, while strengthening CLEAR’s positioning in the premium packaged drinking water category.

Key Responsibilities

1. Premium Market Development

· Identify and onboard premium HoReCa outlets, luxury retail stores, and modern trade partners.

· Develop relationships with hotels, fine dining restaurants, cafés, and premium lounges.

· Expand presence in corporate offices, institutions, and premium lifestyle venues.

2. Sales Execution

· Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for CLEAR Premium Water products.

· Ensure availability and visibility of Kelzai across premium outlets.

· Manage order generation and coordinate supply with distribution partners.

3. Client Relationship Management

· Build strong relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and outlet managers.

· Ensure high service standards and customer satisfaction.

· Maintain long-term relationships to drive repeat orders.

4. Brand Visibility

· Ensure premium display and positioning of Kelzai products.

· Support marketing activities, sampling programs, and brand activations.

· Maintain high standards of brand representation in premium outlets.

5. Market Intelligence

· Monitor competitor brands and premium category trends.

· Provide feedback on pricing, customer preferences, and market opportunities.

Qualifications & Skills

Education: Graduate in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management preferred

Experience:

2–4 years in FMCG sales, HoReCa sales, or premium product distribution

Skills

· Strong relationship-building ability

· Understanding of hospitality and premium retail networks

· Excellent negotiation and communication skills

· Strong execution capability in field sales

· Number of new premium outlets onboarded
