Job Description –

 Candidate should be minimum 12th Pass ( undergraduate). Original mark sheet will be required at the time of joining.

 Fresher applying should have Aadhar seeded with a nationalized bank account & should not have worked previously anywhere in NAPS.

 Experience is considered for those who have min. 6 months BPO experience (or any Pvt Ltd. Company on paper) as we have BGV in the process.

 Candidate should have excellent typing speed of 25 WPM.

 Candidate should have good communication skills. ( Skill 4 & above).

 It will be 9 hours of shift ( Working window – Morning 7 AM to Night 3 AM).

 Rotational shifts for Male candidate on the above mentioned working window.

 No night shifts for Females

 Salary offered will be Rs.21,000/-CTC P.M. (19,000 in-hand without PF) to experience candidates & 14500 stipend(14000 in-hand) will be provided to fresher candidates.

 Initial training for 30 days will be held from WFH for 30 days, later for their nesting & certification and operational work they have to report office.

 It will be 6 days working.
