🚀 We’re Hiring: Customer Support / BPO Executive
We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic candidates to join our Customer Support team. The role is open to both freshers and experienced candidates who are eager to build their career in the BPO industry. Applicants must be at least 12th pass (undergraduate), with original mark sheets required at the time of joining. Freshers should have an Aadhaar linked with a nationalized bank account and must not have been previously enrolled under NAPS. Candidates with a minimum of 6 months of BPO or any private company experience will be considered experienced, as background verification (BGV) will be part of the process.
The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills (Skill level 4 and above) and a typing speed of at least 25 WPM. This role requires working 9-hour shifts within a rotational window from 7 AM to 3 AM. Male candidates should be open to rotational shifts, while female candidates will not be assigned night shifts. The position follows a 6-day working schedule.
Selected candidates will undergo 30 days of Work From Home training, after which they will be required to report to the office for nesting, certification, and operational responsibilities.
In terms of compensation, freshers will receive a stipend of ₹14,500 (₹14,000 in-hand), while experienced candidates will be offered up to ₹21,000 CTC per month.
